Great insurance! As one get older, traveling overseas becomes a liability if a person gets sick. Great to have insurance for piece of mind.

The coverages were exactly what I needed. I fortunately did not have to make a claim, but, as with all insurance, what you pay for is not reimbursement for a claim, but the peace of mind that you are protected for the extent of your vacation. Thank you for a great plan.

I got medical coverage only, and as expected, did not need to use it.

I didn't believe I would need the plan and I also knew if there were health problems the countries that I visited France and England would see to my medical needs. However, one likes to have independence and know they are able to get back home safely if the need arises.

I had a bicycle injury the 2 nd Sunday of the trip and now I wish I had used the insurance to get back home right after the injury. I was out of commission for 5 days and have extreme swelling and pain since. Just didn’t want to miss all the trip. Thx for being there anyway.

Easy to do on line; great prices; I can select what I wanted/needed versus an all inclusive (and expensive) package. Exactly what I was hoping to find.

Since I did not have to use the service (and that' a good thing.. ) I really can't comment on service, coverage, etc.

Application process was straightforward and user-friendly. Luckily, we did not have to submit any claims -so we can't make any comments on that subject.

It’s hard to review a policy that you buy but that fortunately you don’t have to use. As I’ve made multiple purchases of travel insurance from you, is the piece of mind you have while you travel.
