Extremely difficult to get in touch with the insurance underwriter company to ask a question. And I wasn't even trying to file a claim!

Didn’t need to use the coverage, thank God, but glad to know I had it. I do have questions because you can’t “list” all the countries you visit, and that leaves me questioning whether the coverage is valid for all countries on a trip.
