We did not need to use the policy but having it was a comfort. Ease in purchasing and coverage options where very good.

Thankfully, we did not need to file a claim as nothing happened. But that plan was very reasonable and had great coverage.

I had to update the coverage because my trip has been pushed back couple times and Mary S. has been very helpful and attentive providing updated coverage card quickly. She has been such a pleasure to work with.

I didn’t have to use the plan but selected this one over others because it offered the best/highest trip interruption payment. Other services are very similar to other plans.

The plan is very good for a big emergency, but for casual problems it is very difficult because we need to call for a USA phone, and in my case that I was in Australia and that i did not have celphone to call to USA.
You need to provide a better way for us to ask for help as a 0800.

Luckily I didn't need the insurance during my trip. But to have it in case something would happen was great. Coverage included everything I needed.

Despite the fact that I have not had to file a claim I will give the plan a 4 star, because the questions on this survey do not reflect the totality of any experience with the plan since I was not served by the company more than the buying process online. And I hope I will never have to file a claim, ever! I buy the insurance for safety and I hope I will never have to use any of the benefits.

I appreciated the communication and documents "After" the purchase. Gave me peace of mind of the piranhas. The receipt, the policy and the details you sent, were all appreaciated.
