Travel Insurance Reviews for Global Underwriters

I have used Global Underwriters three times now but have never needed to make a claim. It sounds like an excellent plan but I have not put it to the test.

I didn't need the Global Underwriters Diplomat International plan, but it was comforting to know that it was there had I needed it. It provided peace of mind.

The Global Underwriters Diplomat International plan gave me peace of mind just in case I got into an accident or was sick! Thank you!

Fortunately I didn't have to use it. The Global Underwriters Diplomat International was written in clearly and appeared to cover the essentials. Note that illness versus injury are treated differently. We purchased the optional hazardous activities coverage as we were camping on a solo safari. Read the fine print. This was the best plan for the money and the folks at InsureMyTrip were helpful.

I purchased insurance for an organized tour through the tour company. But I added on a week in London and wanted coverage for that. Buying the Global Underwriters Diplomat International plan was fairly simple, fairly quick and the cost was very reasonable. Best of all - it gave me peace of mind.

As with any type of insurance, we were relieved that we didn't have to use it. Thanks for being there for us.
