I didn't need the plan, but appreciated having the coverage available in case of an emergency.

What we needed as far as coverage. Thankfully no reason to file a claim - always the hope.

This policy gave me all the cover I needed at a very reasonable price. I had a heart attack 20 years ago, with no issues since but I have been paying extortionate UK premiums ever since - until now!

The agent who handled my inquiry back in November was excellent, understood I was on a tight schedule and answered all my questions clearly, steering me to the policy that fit what I needed. Very pleased with the result.

For many years, I have purchased a plan through Global Underwriters Diplomat America when I travel to the United States. The only experience that I have is with purchasing the plan. I have never had to actually use the plan or file a claim.

The policy appeared to be good coverage and dealing with the company was professional and efficient. As I made no claim against the policy the I can make no comment on how this part of the process would be handled

We purchased the Global Underwriters Diplomat International plan for our recent 17 day trip. Though we did not use it, it gave us comfort in knowing it was available. My husband did have a fall where he bumped his head, but it was a minor incident and did not require further treatment, but it could have. He and we were very fortunate it did not escalate.

Great peace of mind. Recommended!

Purchased the plan but luckily I did not have any medical events or the need to file a claim.
