Was very pleased we didn't have a reason to file a claim. The process of securing trip insurance was easy and, in my opinion, affordable. I did have to make a last-minute change to our coverage and that process was also very easy.

Peace of mind but too expensive. 5x what I paid for similar coverage for a trip to Ireland.

It’s a peace of mind thing that we do when traveling out of the country. A few years back when my wife’s mom and mine were ill we used Generali when doing domestic travel and had to use it once or twice and the whole process went smoothly.

Seemed like a reasonable price for trip insurance. Thankfully did not have to rely on this for any travel issues.

Our trip was expensive, so it was good to know that if something happened we had coverage.

I haven't had to put in a claim as of yet. I plan to use this insurance again for a trip next year if the cost is competitive.

This plan gave me peace of mind during my trip and was well worth the money spent.

Cannot comment on the coverage because we did not have to use it. Happy about that. But, the cost and the company's rating were the reason I picked them. So much better than the insurance offered through my travel agent.

Difficult to say that I was completely satisfied with the insurance policy because I did not have to file a claim. The real test for any insurance companies is how helpful and supportive they are during the claim process.
