The plans get so much higher as we age. I understand why but it would be nice to have somewhat lower rates for those of us in very good health.

They refuse to reimburse me $150 for a doctors visit in France because the doctor doesn’t have a fax number. They have all the paperwork and bills and credit card receipts, but they won’t call him for whatever else they need and he has no fax machine.

Generali cancelled my insurance 5 days before departure. No reason given. The only thing good I can say about them is that they refunded my premium immediately.

It was easy to purchase the policy. The price was reasonable compared to other plans. It had the coverage I was seeking. Thankfully I did not have to use the policy so I cannot comment on Generali Global Assistance's services.
