I did not like the pre-existed condition amount of time that was needed.

Generali was wonderful. I fell and fractured my pelvis on the first day of my trip. They were quick to respond to my call for help and when I was released from the hospital they made all the arrangements to get me home. The arrangements were from the hospital to and through the airports and from my final airport to my home. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. They even covered the expenses of my traveling companion to help see me home.

We did not have to file a claim however based on what I wanted covered it worked

Hard to give a review when you didn’t have to use it or file a claim.

We purchased trip insurance and fortunately did not require its use. Insurance is for peace of mind and emergencies. The purchase was easy. The policy provided one less thing to worry about.

Unfortunately our trip was canceled due to the wildfires in Canada. Our tour company gave us full credit and Generali also extended credit for insurance on a future trip. Very satisfied.

I had not heard about nor purchased travel insurance from you before. I was impressed by the length of time you had been in business and by the reasonable cost of the plan. The next time we need coverage, I will be strongly looking to your company.

Since we did not file a claim, cannot comment on that aspect but we were happy with the stated coverage. Appreciated the email updates with phone number contact before our trip.
