Good plan - used in the past and made claim thatsaved me money

I always take out a great policy before I cruise. Better to have and not need then to need and not have.

This is the second trip we've purchased travel insurance from Generali. The costs and items covered seemed to be reasonable. I did submit a claim after our first trip, but did not realized any expenses for a covered item had to be incurred while on the trip, not after the trip. Our second trip was to Croatia where I saw a couple of Generali building in various cities. That was reassuring.

Great coverage, no need to file a claim but watch for traffic while in GB.

Thankfully, I had no need to file a claim. If things went wrong, and I'm glad to say they didn't, I would have a better idea of how good the plan was.

Insurance to me is “damned if you do, damned if you don’t”. Fortunately we didn’t need to make a claim but felt comforted that we had it if we had needed it.

I was on a cruise and my insurance policy was a added layer of peace for me in event something unexpected occurred. My trip was successful and I do on my own accord recommend purchasing coverage for your own safety and peace of mind.

The good thing is, I didn't have to find out how good the insurance is.

Thought we might need to file a claim and the rep on the phone was kind, patient and helpful. Luckily it was not necessary but she was very reassuring.
