I have cancer and needed to travel to see my family, perhaps for the last time. You do not insure for any medical needs related to cancer. This was very difficult for me.

I highly warn people to NOT get this insurance.
The claim process is fairly simple. Fill in a form, send it along with scans of the documents.
BUT the catch is.
They only make settlements of claims through CHECKS. Yes, you heard that right, checks in the mail.
What is this, are we in the 80s?? Also.... it doesn't matter if you're abroad.
They'll send you a US check, for a US bank, and expect you to somehow cash it in.
So, if you're not living in the USA, then this insurance company is not for you.
Stay away.
