I was sick with diarrhea and vomiting and needed to stay an extra night in a hotel. I also needed to get transportation to the next city to catch up with the group once I was feeling better. We chose a train to get from Seville, Spain to Valencia, Spain. You wouldn't cover anything because I didn't see a physician. My husband found a pharmacy and purchased Imodium and sprite, which did the trick. There was no way I could leave the room, I had to stay near the bathroom. I had to spend $673.61.

The plan covered what I needed to be covered. The people I spoke with were helpful and answered questions to my satisfaction.
Thankfully, I didn’t have to file a claim so did not have a chance to evaluate the plan or people in that instance.

With the multiple delays during our cruise, due to Hurricane Helene, I had to call IMG twice. The agents were very helpful and explained how the claims process worked and what was covered.
