Several emails sent for medical claim from Peru and Ecuador did not go through. Email address was checked and was correct. I tried filing the claim by email when returned to USA and still would not go through. Finally I called and had the insurer email me and I replied with claim attachments and then it went through. Email address in question is
[email protected] this needs to be fixed. It took 3 weeks after claim submission on 2/22/19 to get the check.
