I’ve used C&F Travel in the past and had good experience with them when I filed for claim for minor incident with cruise excursion. Ever since, I’ve used them as travel insurance almost every trip.
My only dissatisfaction lately is when I emailed their customer service to confirm if Covid treatment or hospitalization in another country is also covered. I did not get any reply at all.

We didn’t get to use the insurance (which is the idea!) but it gave us peace of mind all throughout our trip and for that I believe it’s worth it! We did have trip delays and cancellations in our trip to Italy and C&F was fast and efficient in processing our claim... we have an upcoming trip to Croatia and this is the same travel insurance we used!!! Recommended!!!

We did not have to file any claims fortunately. Very easy to work with. Coverage was originally purchased for a European river cruise. Due to the drought in Europe this summer and low river levels Viking cancelled our cruise and refunded 100% of our money. We decided to still go on our own by train to most of the same places but a couple weeks later. C & F Travel Insured transferred the coverage the new trip without any hassle.

We had to cancel our trip three days before our scheduled departure date due to illness. I filed a claim on Monday, and turned in the required paperwork on Wednesday. I heard on Friday that our claim was approved, and by the next Tuesday morning the full refund was in our checking account. I was very impressed with the customer service and quick response. I definitely recommend this company!

After comparing plans, including one presented by our travel agency, I thought this plan represented a good value for what I wanted to cover during our European trip - especially medical expenses. I did not have a need to present a claim (fortunately), so I can't really comment on how effectively the plan worked.
