Just so blessed we did not have to use it, but having a peace of mind that all was covered helped much.

Didn't need to use it, but felt good knowing I had it.

Plan covered everything I needed but didn't have to file a claim. Therefore, cannot comment on other reviewers' experience regarding slow claim processing. However, since all reviews indicate that the claims ultimately got paid, I felt the value offered vs. any potential processing delay was worth choosing this plan for myself. Would use again next time.

The purchase process done over the phone went extremely well. The customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and timely. I would use InsureMyTrip again.

Cost was significant, but chose this one specifically in contrast with costs if I had no plan. It was comforting to know that in case of problem I had a plan in place.
