My daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor a week before we were supposed to leave on our trip. I cancelled right away .
I filed my claim promptly.
I sent in all the paper work.
Every time I call I am told to wait 15 more days

We were very satisfied with our coverage and the quality of our AXA Assistance USA Gold plan. Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to a family emergency. The staff and administrators of the plan were extremely professional, helpful, and prompt in processing our claim. I will continue to recommend this plan and company to my friends and family.
