i submitted a claim and was asked for all sorts of documentation. finally was assigned a claims adjuster who was not responsive and didn't return calls. after 3 months, finally got in touch with someone who seemed capable and was told my policy didn't cover cancellation. why did it take 3 months to get that information?

CSA handled my claim for delayed baggage very efficiently. The check was in mail within a day from my filing of the claim.
Unfortunately, the CSA "economy" travel protection plan I bought in November 2016 is no longer available at the time of this writing (April 2017) for my current booking of a trip to Thailand in January 2018.
