You actually got to speak to a representative when things did not go as planned!
Reps were understanding and explained things in clear English.
After I filed my claims, they called me to let me know that all had been approved and I would receive reimbursement within 1-2 weeks.
The whole experience took just about a month from them receiving my claim.
Highly recommend!

I had a very small claim of $36 for a 15 hour delay at LAX. I really only submitted it to see how difficult it would be to file a claim before I purchased from them again. I had to submit just a minimal amount of paperwork and received an electronic check in a couple of weeks. The only issue was a lack of communication. They give you a website to track your claim but it was never updated beyond they received my documents. I had to email them for status. I did end up purchasing my next trip insurance from them.
