CSA Travel Protection paid up promptly on my claim for a delayed flight and for a medical bill incurred while travelling and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our flight was cancelled on the first day of our tour package. We made a claim for meals and unreundable costs for the lost days. CSA paid the claim in a timely manner without any hassle. We will use CSA for our next tour.

We've used CSA several times and have been pleased with it. However, we found the claims process ponderous in the amount of supporting material required (proof of birth dates for the four of us who traveled for a relatively small car claim as one example) and the length of time required. It lacked just three days of being eight weeks from the time I mailed the claim until receipt of the settlement check. Had it been a major amount this would have worked a great hardship. I appreciated the email and phone contact about receiving the claim, but even that required a couple of weeks. If I were to recommend the service, I would also tell a prospective buyer about my experience with the long time required.
