We submitted a straightforward Trip Delay claim, fully documented, and received the full amount we requested, as indeed we should have, but what we found outstanding about this situation was the speed with which AXA processed our claim, all within just a bit over a month.

We had to cancel our trip due to medical issue. It took them a little over thirty days to review claim and then request additional information/documentation. When I emailed twice for an explanation of why this was needed, I never received a response. I did procure the documentation requested anyway and submitted. We finally received a refund of all of our trip related expenses almost 2 months after submitting claim. So we were made whole, but customer service was wanting.

Very slow. Supplied requested info and waited then asked for additional info. Sent requested confirmation they received it no response add 30 days waiting then another 3 weeks before payment. Very poor communication.

Very easy to deal with and quite helpful through the claims process.

Exceptional and personal customer service. Whenever I called, the representative was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely purchase my next travel insurance from AXA.
