Submitted a claim for $140 for travel delay incurred during the trip. Claims are handled by a third party company and it took 45 business days to receive payment. A little too slow for my taste.

Good insurance plan and up front service,. When I called to find out how to make a claim I was told I would receive a claim form by email. Nothing arrived. Called again -- nothing arrived. Third time they finally sent the claim form. Filled it out and sent it in. No response. Waited a month, nothing. No confirmation of receipt (I sent it certified so I knew they received it); no acknowledgement they were processing the claim, nothing. Sent an email asking what the status was about 5 weeks after I sent in the claim. A day or two later I received an email saying it was complete and they were sending the check. I did receive full payment (it was a small claim, under $200), but I was not satisfied with the customer service. I felt as if they were ignoring me and hoping I would just go away.
