Horrendous Customer Service when we tried to file a claim. They lose documents, don't follow, up, come up with excuses, etc. For a Simple $250 Medical Reimbursement they have been giving us the run around for almost 4 months. The claim could not be more simple (Dr. visit on a policy with Primary Coverage). Claim was finally paid when said we would contact the State Insurance Commissioner Beware if you need to use this company. I'd recommend staying away
