First of all we bought a travel insurance plan. Through insure my trip with nationwide travel. Our flight was canceled and had to rebook with carrier and had endless delays. Finally got to the resort 36 hours later. Lost over a day with resort and airline. Tried to extend a day but no flights available. Had a nonstop ticket and had to book with one stop and travel through florida. We got back and filed claim with nationwide travel insurance. We submitted paperwork and resubmitted again. We just got a response. Denied claim. Stated that we were denied because operational delays and losing a day at the resort are not covered. Why did I buy travel insurance. That it what is used for. I know this won’t be published. Will not use this company again.

I had to file a claim on a vacation package that was delayed over 19 hours from our original start time. It took about six weeks for them to settle. Both the companion I went with, and myself received the same amount back, but I don’t think I was reimbursed for the $89 in food that I had to spend due to being delayed on our vacation .

I was sick and could not go on my trip. We had to cancel. We filed a claim with all documents and received our due insurance payment for our coverage. The only improvement I can suggest is better communication about the timing it takes to process. There is one company that handles claims for multiple insurance companies, so they are overwhelmed. I didn't even get a notification that my claim was processed. I only knew when I received a check in the mail. Other than that, everything was as promised and I will use them again.

I recommend Nationwide Travel Insurance. I had to file a claim due to Delta Airlines damaging my luggage and Nationwide processed the claim and reimbursed me for the luggage. I will be using Nationwide Travel Insurance for all my vacations.

The cruise I was going on substituted one island for a different one. The insurance I bought covered change in itinerary and the claim was paid. Took a little while, but the agent was very helpful in letting me know what documents I would need. Highly recommend.

I submitted a claim to get reimbursed for a trip delay. It was a relatively simple request for relatively small dollars. I submitted the claim on March 13; I finally received the insurance checks on May 8. That's much longer than it should take, in my opinion.

I Have been purchasing plans for years and never had to use any. this time my daughter fainted and had to be rushed to the on resort medical facility. thank god everything turned out ok but i had a $200 medical bill. Filed a claim, filled out papers and emailed to nationwide. Received check for full amount within 5 days. Easy and no hassles. I will continue to use nationwide and highly recommend it

Due to a predicted major snow storm along the east coast, our airline cancelled our flight the day before we were set to fly home from our vacation. We had to reschedule our flight to return home the day after our originally planned return date, and we incurred the extra expense of paying for another night at our hotel. Once we completed a claims form and submitted all of our documentation of the extra expense to Nationwide Mutual Insurance, we received a check in the mail very promptly from Nationwide Mutual, and the check was paid in the amount expected according to our plan. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Mutual to my friends, and we would definitely use InsureMyrip.com again for future trips.

My itinerary was changed by the airline and we were unable to go at that time. The airline sent a letter of verification which I sent to your company and it was rejected. They refused to reimburse my money. I lost 150 dollars. I will never do business with your company again.
