Every trip I usually compare CSA to several other companies and we always chose CSA as they are competitive and have given us a no hassle experience when it comes to claims and information.

Generali Global Assistance Premium
We had a major delay in luggage (4 days) but did not purchase replacement items. The plan will only pay if purchases are made and not for inconvenience. So it seems to reward making unnecessary purchases...ie. a coat that will never again be worn!
