Used the pharmacy discount because we used our spanish primary insurance to visit a doctor in las vegas because we needed a colirium for Pink eye. We got a 25 USD saving and the 74 USD cost is being reimbursed, so it's worth to be insured !!

I have always bought your insurance in the last ten years and fortunately we never had to use until this trip. In July we had a little trouble and when we went to the clinic they tried to file a claim directly to you and they didn't manage to get any feedback so we paid by credit card. Once back in italy we received an email from you saying that this clinic had open a claim to you. We don't expect you to pay then since we already paid . however I wonder if this insurance is a valid choice for next trip since we buy the insurance to cover us if needed but this experience is not indicating this.
