It's very easy to do, I call the number and and agent immediately answers and takes my I information regarding our trip and it's done. We have never had to use our policy, but we travel confident knowing if we have an emergency, we have insurance coverage..

I do not understand why hiking is considered a "risky" activity and charge more for coverage because some portion of a trip hiking. Makes no sense.

We had two incidents during the trip which might have been eligible for coverage by the plan, but both were successfully resolved. Nonetheless, it was reassuring to know that we would have had coverage if needed.

The best part was I did not have to use the plan.
However knowing that I had coverage over what I already had with the credit card company and my regular insurance was enough to have me climbing castles and fortresses without too much worry (other than my knees !)
Thank you for providing coverage at an affordable price. I will most definitely sign up again when I travel next time.
