I had an incident. I twisted my ankle, but I didn't know what to do in order to use the insurance.I still have a swollen ankle. It would be best if you explain the steps to follow in these kind of situations.

Originally, I purchased a plan with $0 deductible. When I received the confirmation, it contained a deductible. I called InsureMyTrip, and the customer service representative intervened. It turned out that the $0 deductible was a mistake and the company offering the insurance refused to accepted $0 deductible. So, InsureMyTrip paid extra to the insurance company so that I could keep my $0 deductible. It was quick and to my total satisfaction. I ended up not having any issues and did not need to file a claim. But my overall interaction with InsureMyTrip is great.
