The plan cost was amazing for the coverage received. The claims process was quick and generous: I filed for a trip delay claim on June 20, got an email on June 30 asking for additional expenses receipts, and received checks in the mail on July 14. I was surprised by the trip delay coverage being for each calendar day instead of per 24 hours of delay. That doubled the per day limit per person that we were covered for. I will purchase this plan again for future trips!
