The customer service help was excellent as I was looking for the right plan. The price was resonable. I recommended it to 3 of my friends.

The plan was ideal since there was no need to file a claim. We always buy trip insurance and have never filed a claim.
The one thing the company could do is reward customer loyalty by offering a discount on future trip insurance plans. That way we would look for that company’s plan on future trips.

Did not need the coverage but the selection process was great. I've purchased global medical insurance in the past, but this time the phone rep helped me save money and get a bit more coverage than I would have had I purchased on my own.
