Nothing happened so everything is fine.

Unlike the offers the airlines provide after you buy a ticket, this insurance did not rely on guilt as a selling tool. The price also seemed fair. As I had no claim, I can't opine on whether this company did better on claims than all the other carriers I've insured with and had (rare) occasion to make a claim.

Luckily I had no reason to file a claim, as my 15-day trip went smoothly, so I have no experience in having any issues or losses addressed by Insuremytrip. The online application process was quick and easy, and the price was reasonable, so I will likely use this company again.

Didn't have to use the insurance but the coverage seemed good and gave peace of mind. Still, pretty expensive.

The plan was comprehensive and priced competitively with the competition. The company is well known and has a long history. Reviews are generally good. Part of the package is access to concierge service. A day before our Air Canada flight to Paris the airline was having software issues in its aircraft. For two days they cancelled flights. The day before our flight they significantly delayed the flight. I was worried about our flight and alternative ideas so I called the concierge service. The person on the other ends was absolutely clueless not only about flights be even the simple question about services offered by her program. She then said she is a temp for the weekend. She said someone will return my call - they, of course NEVER called back. Happy ending - flight was delayed but they made up time and we got to our destination on time. But I learned that I am on my own for this and not to depend on the Concierge service of this policy.

Did not need to file a claim. But, the coverage was adequate (a bit light on medical and evacuation) and the price seemed to be fair.

Since I did not use the plan, (thankfullly) I am unable to determine if it was completely satisfactory.

I wanted to have insurance for my trip although I didn’t need it. I felt that I was covered and made me feel safer at a great price that I made me comfortable knowing that I could get things resolved if anything to come up it was quick and easy online to take care of but I needed.

I didn't have occasion to file a claim so I can't really speak to the quality of coverage.
