Claim was settled and I'm waiting for the check. It took a little longer than I would have hoped but communication between myself and the company was pretty clear.

I had a heart attack in Costa Rica in May this year. While in the ER in San Jose CR I called the insurance company. I was interrogated instead of helping me while in pain ready to be operated on. I gave them Doctors info and Hospital info. I did not get the surgery they stabilized me to return back tothe USA. 4DAYS in tha CR Hospital. Bills added up I get home and no body called me I called them. Sent all pertinent information Then they Denied my claim. Reason Pre existing conditions.
I will never use a company that isn't in the USA. Also I am telling all my surfing groups that I travel with to NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY
