some delay in processing a claim, but the claim was honored, and we have received the requested dollars from the claim. Will use Insuremytrip in the future.

Have used Trawick a few times and on one trip had to file a claim. The claim process was slow and the communication poor, but ultimately we got the money for our trip back, so overall happy that the insurance worked when we needed it to.

Was bitten by some insects, our left arms were swollen and itchy. Went to a pharmacy which they suggest Allegra and steroid creams to apply to our arms. Within 12 hours swelling and itching was decreased. Because we did not see a doctor they refused to reimbursement.

Our infant got sick while abroad and just couldn't break a fever and wouldn't eat/drink. As much as I didn't want to bring her to the doctor, we did. We had to pay for everything in cash/credit card and hope we would be reimbursed. The process to submit all the receipts/credit card statements was a bit of a hassle, but our claim was reimbursed and I am very satisfied. Actually in retrospect it was easier than dealing with my own health insurance in the USA.
