InsureAssist TravCan
My policy worked as a secondary coverage, and in such case you need to have a proof whether the primary insurance or carrier covered some of your loss. My suitcase was damaged by carrier (cruise line). I submitted my claim to InsureAssist not having proof whether the carrier covered my loss. They explained to me that I had to file the first claim with the cruise line. I filed a claim with the carrier and was partially reimbursed by them. After submitting carrier's statement of reimbursement and other required documentation, I receive full reimbursement from InsureAssist very promptly. They were very responsive. Thank you.

Generali Global Assistance Standard
As others have stated, it's hard to review something you didn't actually use, but we bought this policy at the very last minute (the day we departed) and it covered everything we wanted giving us total peace of mind for a very affordable price. Will definitely use them in the future.
