Didn't have to use the insurance, thank goodness, but needed international coverage and was hand-gliding/running a marathon and this plan said it would cover those.

I called to extend the plan one day because the trip was backed up one day because of the snow storm in N. Y. and our flights were cancelled. I called and was told we only purchase 5 days which ment 4 days I could not use because we would be back in the US. I decided not to purchase the extention and was not covered on my flight back.

I wish there was a low cost plan in this range for people outside the US that also included natural disaster coverage. That aside, this was a really good offer.
