This is the best travel insurance company I have ever dealt with, and this is probably the 50th policy I've purchased over the years. They are timely, professional, courteous, and they don't make you jump through a million hoops. Thank you for your help!!!

The process for filing the claim and settlement was very expeditious. The representative took the time to explain what I need to submit which was minimal.

Had to spend two days in hospital during trip to South Africa and then have emergency care in Cape Town. Filed all receipts with John Hancock upon my return. Received check for total reimbursement in two weeks. Communication was excellent and was very pleased with company's handling of my requests. Will use them in the future.
