Had to cancel trip due to hospitalization. Filed the documentation with CSA and they paid claim promptly and fully. Their communication is not great, but their service was very good.

We normally do not purchase travel insurance but due to the many travel arrangements we decided that for this trip it would be the prudent thing to do. We used this insurance several time but we never had the opportunity to use. Unfortunately in our last trip everything went wrong. In 30 days we received different checks covering everything we requested. We are very satisfied with this company.

I guess you never know how good a policy is till you file a claim. I had to have minor surgery while on the cruise part of our trip. Got home and sent in a claim with all requested and required forms and documentation. Re-embursement was slow but paid in full. We would use CSA again.

Had to take my son to the dentist while overseas in France. Upon return to US and after submitting bills to my regular dental insurance, I was able to get the rest of the insurance claim taken care of through CSA. Their claims review was a little backlogged so it took a little bit longer than expected to receive payment, but they were very good about knowing where the claim was at in the pipeline. Would definitely use them again.

Yes, while the claim process was very slow, they did pay for almost all of the extra costs I encountered and was definitely worth it.
