Travel Insurance Reviews for Crum & Forster - Travel Insured International

As it turned out, this trip was cancelled again due to the Mexican government not allowing dive ships into the area. I contacted customer service, and after providing documentation, they are allowing me to use this policy for a future trip. (I have to book the trip by the end of the year.)
I thought it was very nice of them to allow that, since the trip had been cancelled and the dates moved once already. I would use this company in the future to insure my trips!

terms were clear. no experience with customer service if I needed to make a claim. cannot say anything about level of service satisfaction realistically

Thankfully, didn't ned to use the insurance. Hence, quite difficult to assess its value and quality, since the claims experience and responsiveness of the agents would be the key information. The one time we have filed a claim (different company), we found the process somewhat burdensome and slower than expected but ultimately got a full (substantial) payout.

So when reading these reviews, focus on those who filed a claim.

Something you pay for and hope you never need to use.

We didn’t need to use the insurance this cruise, but with the unknown of COVID we had the peace of mind that we had the coverage if needed. We have had to file claims in the past and always had excellent experience with their customer service reps and the timeliness of their responses.
