A few days before our 51 day 1/2 of an around the world cruise, we had to cancel because my mother, who was not traveling with us, fell and broke her hip and we needed to stay home. The claim representative that handled our claim did so in a very professional, timely and competent manner. Within 60 days we had been fully compensated for our claim. At a time of great stress it was a welcome relief.
