While I didn't have to use the plan, I felt assured that if anything came up that it covered that the plan would take care of it. Will consider it again in the future.

Didn't need it, thank goodness. However as we nearly missed our connecting flight (different carriers) home- we reread all our paperwork and no where did it say what happens if we miss (by other carrier delays) last flight of the night on the way home. It was concerning (still not sure the answer- it says about on the way to our tour, but not home), but we had the app ready and would have called if we needed you.

Fortunately, I didn't need to use the insurance. Price was okay for wanted insurance.

Hard to really evaluate the plan because we didn't need to file a claim. I have no personal experience of whether they do what they say they will do.

I did not have the need to file a claim, thank goodness. I always buy a comprehensive travel plan for the peace of mind and knowledge that I do have recourse if a problem arises while traveling.

I have used InsureMyTrip for cruises, too. I am very happy with the process, but even happier that I had no reason to file a claim!

Called to obtain insurance. The representative was helpful and assisted with getting the right coverage. Customer service was excellent.
