My husband and I have been traveling for a while and we always used this website for our travel insurance. Their choices are great and their prices are affordable.

TravelSafe Classic Plus
TravelSafe uses TripMate to process its claims and TripMate is an incredibly frustrating company to work with. They communicate poorly and do not use email. Your claim status on their website is vague; you must call them to get additional information. I faxed the same claim to them 4 times; each time they asked for information I had already sent. It is difficult to get through on their phone lines and if you leave a message, it will likely not be returned. It took over 4 months to get fully reimbursed, which is ridiculous. I suggest finding insurance elsewhere unless you are endlessly patient.
