Thankfully did not have any incident to report but I would never travel out of the US without the insurance

The plan I bought was satisfactory, and I would buy it for the same purpose in future. However, the purchase process was very difficult, much harder than it used to be. I have used insuremytrip for at least 15 years, with very few problems. This time, I tried and failed to pay with two different credit cards, both were refused. Finally had to make expensive call From New Zealand to USA to get cover, with a third credit card! On arrival in U.K. I found one of the credit cards I had tried (and failed) to pay with had been blocked due to suspicious activity. It was all rather frustrating.

We use InsureMyTrip twice a year for our travel needs. Professional and easy to compare plans and to set up the one that meets our needs. Thanks a lot.

I don't recall the name of the individual with whom I spoke, but they were very helpful in assisting me in choosing the proper travel insurance plan. They answered all of my questions, and fully explained to me all the details that I needed to know.

This was the first time we had traveled outside the U.S. since being on a Medicare plan and we wanted the extended coverage for peace of mind. The process couldn't have been easier and the rate was the best I found and had better coverage as well. Following my call and speaking with a rep regarding my questions, I received an email with the benefit coverage listed that I had requested., When I was ready to confirm the coverage, it was as simple as clicking on the link in the email and providing payment info. Glad we didn't need the coverage, but we do not regret buying the plan.

I'm happy I didn't have to test how well coverage of any medical problems would have been handled, but was glad to know it was there.

I was pleased with the initial cost, but because of my grandsons illness, I needed to extend my dates, but instead of extending the date, I had to get a new policy. So it ended up being more expensive than I believe it should have been. Otherwise, you offer a good product with good coverage at a good price. I was grateful I was at least allowed to get additional coverage to extend my stay.
