The best thing about the plan was I didn’t need it. It was great insurance at a good price, but I’m glad that I didn’t need to use any of the features. In the future, I will be glad to come back and purchase the protection again.

I never used the policy, so I can't really evaluate the coverage. I'm still confused about Covid 19 coverage, so I didn't rate coverage as 5-star. However, the revues were generally favorable, so I would likely use again.

We had to cancel our trip last minute due to early birth of grandson. This company was easy and appropriate to work with. Customer service communication and representatives were very clear and reachable. We received reimbursement in a timely manner for costs incurred. I cannot rate them highly enough and would definitely use their coverage again for any future travel plans.

The best part of this plan is the fact it is not one size fits all. The options allow you to purchase the coverage you need and not pay for what you don't need. I wish there was more of that going around.

Claim process is too archaic and burdensome. Electronic claim forms don't work. Travel delay coverage is wholly inadequate. Claims personnel are not completely familiar with their process and indifferent re processing claims.
