We purchased your trip insurance in Nov 2010 for our Jan 2011 Caribbean cruise. It was at least the third time we have used you services for trips to Europe and Alaska. We also have recommended you to several of our traveling companions who have also used you. Well, are we glad we purchased this latest one, I ended up in the emergency room at 4am on the morning of our departure with a heart problem. Thank god it was resolved on a few days and when we notified you that we missed the cruise you sent us the forms to fill out and your service was provide without a hassle. Several months after this was settled we got a cancellation fee from our travel agent which we sent to you and that was also covered.

We are planning a Panama cruise later this year and we will definitely be using your coverage again.
