Obtained the policy to cover our business class airfare to/from Europe.

The peace of mind of having the policy while traveling abroad was great service before hand was great. Did not have to use it. So I cannot say how things would have gone if had to use the policy.

Happily I did not have any need to file a claim on my trip so I can only speak for the ease of setting up this insurance. So friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Just having the peace of mind knowing we were completely covered kept us relaxed. We did not need to file a claim, thankfully, but we are completely satisfied.

Of course everything seems great when you don't need to use insurance. Overall, the value seemed fair which is why I chose the plan I chose. Had I needed the plan, I clearly would have had a different experience. I've used InsureMyTrip before and seemingly keep coming back so that's a good sign. Keep up the competitiveness and the good work!

I don't recommend anything to family and friends. I describe my experience and let them decide if whatever it is meets their need.

Fortunately, I didn't have to file a claim so it's hard for me to rate the plan.

Thankfully I didn't need it for this trip, but when delays rerouted me to another country on another airline I was glad I would have been able to make a claim.
