We actually purchased this plan so we would have medical evacuation coverage while in the Bahamas. On the way home, our flight was diverted to an airport around 2 hours from St. Louis due to a tornado. We rented a car, spent the night, and drove the next morning instead of taking a bus the next day. I submitted the receipts for the hotel and rental car without much hope of it being paid. Within about 30 days, I received a check for both. It was an easy process.

I was in Bimini when Tropical Storm/Hurricane Sandy breezed up the coast in 2012. This disrupted my WildQuest Trip as we could not go out on the boat for 2 days. My claim was handled professionally. Vicki called to request more information and once I provided it the whole process went smoothly.

I purchased the Super Saver plan never thinking i would use it. Bad weather caused a two day travel delay and it cost me additional expenses. I filed a claim and got money within weeks. I am complete satisfied! I worked with Nicole(Tru Travel Claims) and she was awesome.

I agree! I also purchased the same plan and had to file a claim for the Princess Cruise Norovirus incident when our cruise was shortened by two days. This was considered a trip interruption and my claim was processed the same day I submitted it by e-mail. I was told I will be receiving a check in 10-12 days! No hassles at all.
