Two telephone calls were responded to by pleasant men who very efficiently answered my questions about a claim that, regrettably, I had to make from illness incurred during a cruise.

Our flight was delayed so we missed embarkation for our cruise. We met the ship at the first port of call. We were reimbursed in about 8 weeks from filing our claim. Couldn't be happier that we bought this insurance!

I purchased the "cancel for any reason" insurance, and then had to cancel my flight. I sent in the paperwork requested and a few weeks later received a reimbursement of the airfare cost. It worked! So I do recommend this insurance. Please be sure to carefully read the "cancel for any reason" rules to be certain that is what you are covered for!

I had an accident that required a trip to the emergency room while I was vacationing in Mexico. I submitted a claim for the medical treatment and received a check for the full amount in 10 days!
