Thankfully we didn't to file a claim, but insuremytrip offered the best coverage options at the most affordable rates. We have already purchased a policy for our next trip!

I purchased this AIG Travel Travel Guard plan for a recent cruise to the Bahamas. This was the perfect plan for my needs. It was pretty inexpensive considering all the coverage that came with this plan. And, I didn't spend more for coverage I didn't need. Was very simple to purchase this plan and all correspondence is done on-line and communication is quick and simple. I would certainly purchased this plan again.

Peace of mind when traveling out of country

I did not go on the cruise related to one passenger testing positive, and modification to this plan was made, changing the dates. That all went very smoothly and was very much appreciated!

We did not take the cruise. I requested a refund and a credit for insurance toward a future trip was granted. Very nice, considering they really weren’t obligated to do anything.

Just what any insurance customer wants! Nothing unfortunate, no claims. The price was worth the peace of mind.

We received good communication form Insurmeytrip, some reminder emails but nothing pushy or frequent. We had no need to file a claim. We purchase AIG Travel Travel Guard MedEvac Plan for our cruise travel. We usually drive to port and have an inside stateroom. We are not concerned with loosing the cost of the cruise, so we don't pay extra for that coverage. Our main concern is medical expense coverage and Evac coverage. This plan provides peace of mind at a minimal cost.

Although we did not have need to file a claim, it was a weight off of our shoulders to know we would be covered if things did not go as planned. We are happy we purchased trip insurance!
