My family has been using CSA consistently over the past several years when traveling. Last year they did a wonderful job with getting my mom out of Czech republic when she broke her foot and needed to return home promptly. She was provided with an ambulance to and from the airport in both Prague and New York as well as a first class ticket home. They also refunded her money for all the unused portions for her trip.
Later that year they also did a wonderful job reimbursing our (mine and my husband's) expenses incurred due to the Spanish air strike which affected our flight from Paris to Rome. I would definitely recommend CSA to others and I intend to use them again when I travel in the future. The 2 times they were needed they pulled through beautifully.
