Since my family did not need to use the plan, it is hard to write a useful review. My only dissatisfaction with this plan and every other plan I considered is that benefits terminate when you return to your home country (with the exception of the "home country rider" which includes a limited benefit for 2 weeks).

The plan seemed fine. Its coverage, coupled with other coverage we have, filled gaps. Fortunately, we did not have to use it, so cannot comment on how well it would have performed with a claim.
