Fortunately my fabulous trip went great and I didn't need to file a claim but it's always reassuring to know that in the case of an emergency I have coverage! I will use again for future travel adventures. The cost is worth my "peace of mind".

We were fortunate and had no need to file a claim. Unless one has to file a claim, one is never quite sure if it the correct coverage was elected. However, the website was easy to use, and customer service was helpful.

Obviously one can’t make a full judgement on a plan unless they actually have to activate it in a crisis. Then a true evaluation can be made ie did the plan cover the costs of the crisis? How challenging was it to work with the insurer to recoup the costs associated with the crisis, etc

This plan is excellent to complement my existing health insurance. The provision of the Visa doc sped the process with my wife Visa application.
However, the web portal is buggy. It captured my wife nationality incorrectly. When the error was raised to the CS team, they tried to correct. In the end, my wife coverage was cancelled and a new policy had to be purchased separately.
This is a real inconvenient and waste of time. Please put product quality as a priority

The cost is very low considering the amount of coverage. International travel during COVID-19 was a little frightening for us and knowing our medical, room/board and additional life insurance was covered for such a low amount was amazing.
