Of course, one purchases travel insurance and hopes never to have to use it. This year, we had to cancel our trip due to a medical issue. We were so upset to have to cancel, but were glad that April Travel came through for us! The claim was processed within the time frame indicated and the staff we interacted with by phone and email were kind and professional. We would wholeheartedly recommend April Travel!

This was the first time I've used April Travel Protection and we had to file a claim and change the entire trip 8 days prior to departure due to continued terriost attacks in London. It took a few emails and forwarding of numerous documents but within 60 days the claim was processed and I was sent a check for the purchase of my original trip as well as the cancellation charges. I highly recommend April Travel Protection.

Our three week trip to France was marvelous.. It gave us peace of mind to know that if there had been problems we had trip insurance. The plan seemed to be a good one and to cover most of what could go wrong, luckily we didn't need to actually use it.
